General Wholesale Lip Gloss Questions:

1. When will I receive my package after placing an order?

Processing times for wholesale items are 7-14 business days and USPS takes about 3-4 days to ship, HOWEVER most customers receive their wholesale items within a week. #FastShipping 😎

2. Where are the Summer Collection Glosses?

The Summer Collection Wholesale Glosses were meant to be a limited edition item, reserved for the Summer. Based on the love we have been receiving for them, we have decided to bring them back seasonally but they can only be purchased in Box 3 of our Wholesale Subscription Box.

3. Do you offer Custom Labels?

Yes we do! Simply email us your logo at aromabarbeauty@gmail.com and put your ORDER# in the subject line and we will apply your custom labels to your lip glosses.

4. Can I just order 1 color or do I have to order all of the colors?

You can just order 1 color if you please! You are free to order just 1, 2, 3 or all of the colors. Mix & match the colors how you choose or just get 1, it's up to you!

5. How do I order?

Tell us which colors you would like & how many of each, in the checkout notes. See the example below of an order made in the notes section. If you leave this section blank, your colors will be randomized.

6. What are the lip glosses made of?

The colored lip glosses are made from soybean oil and the clear lip glosses are made from coconut oil. Vegan and cruelty free.

7. What should I do after receiving my package?

After receiving you wholesale lip glosses, you should:

  • take high quality pictures of them
  • either re-name them or keep the same name we provided (thats up to you)
  • market daily on your social media to promote
  • post the glosses on your website

Wholesale Subscription Box Questions:

1. How would payment work? Would it be monthly or would you pay for a certain time frame?

Currently, Wholesale Subscription Box Payments are billed monthly. This is a monthly subscription service and you are free to cancel at any time.

2. Would we get to pick what restock we would receive?

When you are first placing your order you have the option to choose from 1 of our 3 wholesale lip gloss boxes. Click Here to see what each box contains.

3. Can I cancel my Subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime.

4. How can I manage my subscription after ordering?

You will gain access to a customer portal sent to you via email immediately after purchase (Please Check SPAM folder). Here, you can manage your subscription, change the status to paused or cancelled, see upcoming orders, see past orders, update payment info etc.
