Refunds & Shipping Policy

All sales are final. No refunds due to sanitary purposes. When you order from you are agreeing to our refund policy. If you receive your item damaged, email us and we will resolve the issue.

Retail orders takes 1-3 business days to process. Wholesale orders take 7-14 business days to process. AromaBar Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items that say delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier should this occur.

In the event that there is a failed delivery due to an insufficient address or wrong address inputed, the customer must pay the redelivery shipping fee.
